Are you talking about the man that destroyed the Toyotomi Shogunate? Or the one that betrayed his former Lord Imagawa, or his more recent diseased lord Nobunaga. I fail to see this man for anything other than the man that lead to the Meji Revolution. And the DEATH of the Feudal era.

Yeah, I dunno about you but.....Lui Bei kinda went over the "edge" if you know what I mean.
He wanted peace but.....It failed because he loved his Brothers too much that he wanted vengance.

Sorry I can't agree with you there. He betrayed Nobunaga. This shows he would do anything to gain power.

I fail to see this man for anything other than the man that lead to the Meji Revolution. And the DEATH of the Feudal era. Mitsuhide killed Nobunaga. The Oda and the Tokugawa were allies. Toyotomi took the power from the Oda once Nobunaga was killed. He was smart that he killed Mitsuhide in the 'name of justice and revenge'. Tokugawa played smart, slow and steady. The warring states period was an age of suddden death and betrayal. You can't blame him for that. Tokugawa deserves to be the ruler while Nobunaga was unlucky.Toyotomi doesn't deserve at all although he's a great commander.
